Electromobiles in the Russian Federation will give green light

The technological lag of domestic production and technologies from world trends requires the adoption of special measures to support and stimulate consumers. This time in the Government of the Russian Federation, the process of electromotive system was thinking about going past the domestic automotive market.

In principle, electromobilization in developed countries shows high dynamics. The authorities of many cities already say that in the next decade, cars with internal combustion engines will not be allowed. Priority will be given to electric vehicles as the most pure vehicle.

In our country, at the very top of the world’s trend at the very top. And they suggest that the gasometallization is the most optimal path of promising development of the domestic automotive market.

But progress and demonstration examples of neighboring European countries still say that electric consumption will still have to be reckoned.

Therefore, the authorities thought about how to force the Russians to buy more cars with electric drive and batteries. Today we already have experience gasometallization. Then in 2012, a government commission was created to launch the process under the leadership of Vice-Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich. She made a large amount of work to bring the use of compressed gas for vehicles. But still the process of gasometallization is dropped. Not enough CPG gas stations, financial support measures are insufficient, etc.

Today, government officials offered cosmetic order measures. It is unlikely that they are seriously shifted from the zero point the electromobilization process.

The Government of the Russian Federation was offered to start the owners of electrocarbers on the allocated bands intended for public transport. This is relevant for large cities, where such a solution allows drivers of electric vehicles not to stand in traffic jams, but passing around them together with buses / trolleybuses. In addition, the owners of the «green» machines plan to allow free to park at the paid parking lots (in places where there are charging stations), which is also relevant, in fact, only for megacities (and already available in Moscow).

One of the more or less significant proposals is permission not to pay for the passage by paid tracks. Today, paid tracks disagree with rays from Moscow. And it can be assumed that someone from drivers electric vehicles will risk leave the capital and go far from it. Therefore, without the development of the charging infrastructure outside the capital, it is clearly not to do.

In a published government document, such an item is also indicated as «the release of electrocarbing owners from the payment of transport tax». Recall that this tax is regional and rates are regulated by the regional and regional authorities. That is, the subjects of the Russian Federation may, if desired, liberate the owners of the electromasic from the payment of this tax. For example, such a norm is valid in Moscow.

Today, sales in the Russian Federation electric vehicles are characterized by very much ridiculous numbers. As the analytical agency «AUTOSTAT» reported on 11 months last year in the country

According to experts «Avtostat», 97% of the market of new electric cars of the country accounted for three stamps — Jaguar (125), Nissan (121) and TESLA (69).

Interesting also geography sales of electric vehicles. Most of them were purchased in

It also surrises the fact that the top 10 sales regions rank areas and edges with a rather harsh climate. This is the Irkutsk region. (11pcs), Sverdlovsk region. (10 pcs.), Khabarovsky, Perm and Krasnoyarsk Territory (9 pcs.). You can rejoice at enthusiasts from these regions of the country, which are not afraid of the problem of refueling, neither the complexity of exploitation in harsh conditions.

However, the position of the financial authorities should also be taken into account. The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation opposes these measures. Also in the Ministry of Finance, they said that they are against the right of free travel for the owners of electrocarbers on paid tracks, since the income of Avtodor will have to compensate for the state budget.
